1. What FrameToPage does

FrameToPage converts a video you provide into an editable screenplay draft in several formats (PDF, Final Draft FDX, Fountain, and plain text). The output is generated automatically by AI and formatting tools. It can mishear dialogue, merge or mislabel speakers, miss visual beats, or over-describe action. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the draft before relying on it or sharing it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use FrameToPage. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (age threshold and any minor-consent handling).

Some features let you work as a guest without an account; others require signing in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your private job links confidential.

FrameToPage is not available in certain countries. If you are located in an excluded region, you may not use the paid service.

3. Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and of the screenplay files we generate for you. We do not claim ownership of your footage or your output.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your video and derived data (audio, transcript, sampled frames, and generated files) only for the purpose of producing your screenplay and operating the service. We do not use your content to train AI systems. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You represent that you own the footage you upload or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process it, including any rights of people who appear in it. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.

You may not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, or use it to process content that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (full prohibited-use list and enforcement / termination terms).

5. Pricing and payment

Pricing is based on the length of your video, shown before you confirm a job. We charge only when we successfully produce your screenplay. If we can't produce your screenplay, you aren't charged. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Uploaded footage and generated files are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted. Your private job link opens the result page during that window. You can delete a job and its files earlier from the job page.

7. Disclaimers

FrameToPage is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (full warranty disclaimer language).

8. Limitation of liability

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the 'last updated' date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
