Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated 2026-07-09

In plain language

  • Only upload footage you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the rights in what you submit.
  • If you believe content processed through FrameToPage infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice and we will act on it.
  • We remove infringing material and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
  • Because uploads auto-delete after 7 days, most disputed material is short-lived on our systems.

1. Respecting copyright

FrameToPage is a tool for processing footage you have the right to use. You must own the video you upload or have the necessary permissions and licenses, including any rights of people who appear in it. Do not use FrameToPage to process content you are not authorized to submit.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe material processed through FrameToPage infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our support team. To help us act quickly, please include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material you believe is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (such as a job or share link); (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices via the Contact support link below. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (designated DMCA agent details and the exact statutory notice requirements).

3. Our response

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material where it still exists on our systems. Because uploaded footage and generated files auto-delete after 7 days, disputed material is often already gone.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (counter-notice requirements and restoration timeline).

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing content. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (repeat-infringer policy specifics).

6. Contact
