1. What we collect

Content you provide: the video you upload or link, plus the data we derive from it to build your screenplay (audio, transcript, sampled frames, detected on-screen text, and the generated PDF, FDX, Fountain, and text files).

Account and contact details: if you sign in, your email address and basic account settings. Guests can use parts of the service without an account.

Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata, not your full card details.

Operational data: basic logs, job status, and diagnostic information used to run and secure the service.

2. How we use your content

We use your video and the data derived from it solely to produce your screenplay draft and to operate the service. We do not use your footage, transcripts, sampled frames, or generated screenplay files to train AI systems.

3. Retention: 7-day auto-deletion

Uploaded footage and generated files are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted. Your private job link opens the result page during that window. You can also delete a job and its files earlier from the job page. Limited non-content records (such as billing history required for accounting) may be retained longer where required. 4. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We restrict internal access to data and rely on trusted infrastructure providers with their own security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your content.

5. Who we share data with

Infrastructure and processing providers that host and run the pipeline that generates your screenplay. Your content is processed only to produce your output.

6. AI model providers

Producing your screenplay involves sending derived data (such as transcript text and sampled frames) to AI model providers used in the pipeline. 7. Your choices and rights

You can delete a job and its files early from the job page, and you can contact support to ask about the data associated with your account. 8. International processing
