Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-07-09
In plain language
- If we can't produce your screenplay, you aren't charged.
- You pay based on video length, and payment is tied to successfully producing your output.
- If a job fails on our side after you were charged, we refund it.
- Because the output is a machine-generated draft you edit yourself, we generally can't refund a job simply because you wanted a different creative result — but reach out and we'll look at it.
1. Our core promise
If we can't produce your screenplay, you aren't charged. Payment is tied to successfully generating your downloadable screenplay files. When a job fails on our side, you are not billed, and if a charge was already made for a failed job, we refund it.
2. How pricing works
Pricing is based on the length of your video and is shown to you before you confirm a job. You approve the price before processing begins.
3. When you get a refund
If we charged you but could not produce your screenplay, you are refunded.
If a technical failure on our side prevented delivery of your files, you are refunded.
If you were charged in error, contact support and we will correct it.
4. What is generally not refundable
Because FrameToPage delivers a machine-generated first-pass draft that you review and edit yourself, we generally cannot refund a successfully produced job solely because the creative result wasn't what you hoped, or because the draft needs editing (AI can mishear lines, merge speakers, or miss visual beats). If something went wrong, contact support and we'll review it in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Use the Contact support link below with your job link and a short description of the problem. [COUNSEL REVIEW] (refund window, payment-provider processing times, and chargeback handling).
